Kirsten Schneider

Broker, Managing Partner

Kirsten has been in Marketing and Sales for over twenty years. She got her start at the young age of 11 as a Junior Salesman of America. Even at the age of 11, Kirsten understood what the customer wanted – service! She soon became the #1 Junior Salesman in the State of California.

Her marketing career took her to Asia and Europe where she worked in the fashion commercial industry. Upon returning home, she settled down in Los Angeles with her husband Ken. Looking for a more “family friendly” environment, the two moved to Eugene in 1993, and relocated to Springfield with their now 2 sons in 2003.

“We love everything this community has to offer; from the University of Oregon Sports, to the Performing Art Center, to the great outdoors”.

Kirsten continued working once they relocated to Eugene as a broadcast marketing executive. Coming again from a position of service, Kirsten took pride in partnering non-competitive businesses in cross promotional campaigns. This created working relationships between local businesses that would continue long after Kirsten’s influence.

Kirsten is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Eugene Association of Realtors. Kirsten is active in her community and sits on the board of directors for Northwest Catholic Radio Network.
